In order to process your loan and expedite matters, we will need the following information:
The last TWO (2) years tax returns - Individual, Partnership and/or Corporate. Also include a copy of a year to date Profit and Loss statement.
The last TWO (2) years W2's and a copy of the latest check stub and employers address for each loan applicant.
EMPLOYED, SELF-EMPLOYED and RETIRED:
(1) Banking Affiliation: Include names, addresses, account number and balances. (List on application)
(2) Creditors: List all outstanding debt, ie., auto loans and all real estate loans, including your present home. Please provide names, addresses, account numbers and balances (list on application.) You do not need to list credit cards as they will show on your credit report.
(3) Copies of papers for any bankruptcy or divorce occurring within the last seven years.
(4) Proof of all income: Social Security, pension, disability, alimony, child support, GI, stock or interest. For Social Security and pension income, include copy of most recent award letter.
(5) If you own rental property, please provide TWO years tax returns and rental agreements.
Please enclose a check for $ 55.00 made payable to NATIONAL MORTGAGE CREDIT for credit report. Appraisals are paid by you to the appraiser by prior arrangement.
